Late Policy
At Purrsonal Care Cat Clinic, we do our best to stay on schedule so every patient receives the time and care they deserve. To help us do this, we kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
If you believe you may be running late, please give us a call as soon as possible.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your visit so we can stay on track for the rest of our patients and their families.
We completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and we will always do our best to work with you to find the next available appointment. Thank you for helping us provide the best care possible for all of our feline patients.
Scheduling Fee
Starting September 1st, 2023 due to the increase in demand for appointments we will be implementing a non- refundable schedule fee of $45.00 for new clients. This is to ensure everyone’s kitty receives enough time to provide quality care to all of our patients. Any additional cost will need to be paid after services are rendered.
